Said shield is of dark blue color around the perimeter with a blue color toward the center of the shield. The shield is positioned on a background with floral motifs. The background is predominantly beige toward the bottom of the mark and predominantly blue toward the top of the mark. The color of the background where the top and the bottom parts of the background meet is predominantly off-white.
