Goods and Services | Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for the management and analysis of a customer's equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, pulping and paper production equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, with data from Applicant's sensors; software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for demonstrating environmental compliance of manufacturing equipment, receiving alerts of, for example, unstable temperatures or noxious fumes, from the program's analysis of sensor data in real time to create reports; rental of software, namely, rental of the aforementioned computer software and programs; consulting services featuring advice on how to use Applicant's computer software platform for monitoring the customer's machinery and production and diagnosing inefficiencies or failures; cloud computing services, namely, those that integrate Applicant's computer network with a customer's computer systems and networks using the aforementioned software to collect and transmit data from sensors, such as vibration and noise sensors, to Applicant's servers for analysis; providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software for accessing and using a cloud computing network; industrial analysis services, namely, the aforementioned software analyzes sensor data on industrial fluids, temperatures, noise levels, or vibration to provide data relevant to the industry being served; analysis and testing services relating to electrical engineering apparatus used in hydroelectric machines, wind turbines, coal fed steam turbines, nuclear power stations, to assure compliance with industry standards and operability. The aforementioned software will remotely monitor and control the function and status of other electrical, electronic, and mechanical devices or systems, namely, remote metering systems, gas and liquid cylinders, vehicle tracking devices, energy and utility systems, security systems, and lighting systems, etc. excluding gaming apparatus; data collection apparatus, that function either in a cloud based format where information from the sensors is transmitted either to Applicant's servers from which customers such as manufacturers or utility providers may download analysis of their hardware; data transmission apparatus; intelligent gateways, namely the aforementioned downloadable software using artificial intelligence for real time data analysis relating to the identification of faults, such as machinery that is not properly balanced, machinery that is in danger of failing, or unstable temperature in operations. This AI-powered software also has the potential to find issues that could generate future failures, as well as to provide advice concerning corrective measures. |
