This company owns "Biorealmresearch.com", but has not trademarked the name, nor incorporated. There is one other company we have identified through research -- Biorealm, LLC -- incorporated in California (BIOREALM LLC, Number: 200724110050; Date Filed: 8/27/2007), but the company has not trademarked the name, nor does it appear to have a website, or to be advertising, or selling products or services of any sort ¿ as far as can determined to date (9/24/07). We certify that Tacitus, LLC (the filing company for this registration) has not, to date, engaged in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark will be applied. We are only seeking trademark on the mark - 'BIOREALM' - in regards to software products.
