By joining the team together around a to-scale virtually designed and constructed (VDC) three-dimensional computer model so early in the project, we are also able to generate valuable outputs for each specific party involved for quoting, estimating material, labor, as well as timing project phases and permitting against each individuals conflicts and regional weather patterns. Therefore, as a project is constructed many issues and procurement decisions can be forecast, visualized, and navigated around much earlier than previously achievable, saving a project from several costly delays.
