| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a large blue oval tilted up on the left side of the oval. The blue coloring of the oval fades to white near the center of the oval and is trimmed in black all around and white highlighting in the top left and bottom left, but has a double black border on the lower left side of the blue oval and continues to the upper right side of the oval. The space between the double black border is colored in gold. The stylized wording "Big Olaf" in gold is placed where the coloring of the letter "B" fades into white at the top left corner of the letter. The wording is outlined in red, followed by a white outlined, followed by a final black outline. The word "Big" is placed in the upper portion of the mark and slightly off-centered to the left. The top portion of the letter "B" slightly extends beyond the blue oval at the top of the mark. The letter "I" is replaced with a brown waffle-cone which holds a double scoop of ice cream all outlined in black with white ice cream as the bottom scoop and red ice cream as the top scoop. The word "Olaf" is underneath the word "Big", and begins on the left side of the mark with most of the letter "O" outside the blue oval. The letters "af" are aligned directly underneath the letter "B" and the ice cream cone. The word "CREAMERY" in light gold and outlined in black is placed underneath the word "Olaf" such that the letter "C" is aligned directly below the letter "a" in "Olaf," and is significantly smaller than the other wording in the mark. Directly to the right of the wording "Big Olaf CREAMERY" is a cartoon caricature face of a man. The man's face is tan with small black eyes with white pupils, black eyebrows, a bushy black full beard, a very large exaggerated smile showing white teeth, and is wearing a large-rimmed black hat. The color white appearing in the center of the "O" in "OLAF" is meant to be transparent and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. |
