Description of MarkThe mark consists of a three-dimensional pacifier and consists of the following elements: a rounded shield holding the pacifier nipple, with rounded rims around the outer edges. Three holes are positioned to form a triangle, cut from the shield at 2 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 10 o'clock. In the center of the shield on the outer side, there is a small knob with a concentric rubber ring. The knob extends from the ring to connect with a U-shaped flat handle curving downward from straight shoulders. The trademark BIBS is inset into the bottom of the U-shaped flat handle on both sides of the handle. A pacifier nipple extends from the center of the shield on the inner side, towards a user. The trademark BIBS is affixed to the pacifier nipple. The shape of the pacifier nipple shown in broken lines is not claimed as part of the mark and only serves to show the position of the BIBS trademark. The concave nature of the shield as indicated in broken lines is also not claimed as part of the mark.
