Description of Mark | The mark consists of depiction of two round baked sourdough loaves of bread in the center of the graphic. The first loaf is tilted forward showing the top of the loaf at an approximate 45 degree angle toward the viewer, with a cross section of a second loaf leaning against the first loaf at an approximate 45 degree axis tilting to the right. Beneath the loaves are several straight horizontal lines depicting a surface on which the loaves sit. Beneath the horizontal lines are the words "BEND, OREGON" in small capitalized letters. Beneath these words is the word "CRUMB" in large stylized lettering with a chalky texture resembling the surface texture of sourdough bread. The word "CRUMB" extends beyond the width of the two loaves of bread. On the immediate right side and left side of the two sourdough loaves are stick-like drawing of wheat stalks standing adjacent to the loaves and forming a left/right border. The left wheat stalk commences above the letter "C" in "CRUMB" and rises slightly above the full height of the two sourdough loaves. The right wheat stalk commences above the letter "B" in "CRUMB" and similarly rises slightly above the full height of the two sourdough loaves. At the top of the design mark are the words "AUTHENTIC SOURDOUGH MICROBAKERY" in capital letters in a curved formation over the top of the design mark, forming a dome over the graphic. The word "AUTHENTIC" commences near the top of the left wheat stalk and curves across the top of the design mark, ending with the word "MICROBAKERY" ending near the top of the right wheat stalk. |
