The border of the inner circle consists of two concentric circles the outer being gradated. Inside the concentric circles appears a thick single line circle upon which appear thirty two small circles with single line outlines. Within this circle appears a gradated background upon which appears the stylized literal elements ATM with gradated 3-D edges at the top below which appears a small circle with single line outline. On each side appears two quill pens. At the bottom appears the stylized literal elements ADVISOR TO MEN underneath which is stacked the stylized literal elements 10MM.ORG all with gradated 3-D edges below which appears a small circle with single line outline. At the middle of all of the foregoing appears two concentric circles the outer circle being gradated and the inner circle being a thick gradated single line over which appears two figurative crossed swords with cast shadows and between which appears nineteen small circles with single line outlines. Over all the crossed swords appears a circle casting a shadow with two concentric circles forming the border. The outer border is solid, the inner is gradated. At the center appears a figurative image of a rooster facing left with gradations outlined by a single solid line.
