| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words "Aquafun" and "Spas", which appear as two words in which the "A" of Aquafun and the "S" of Spas are capitalized, and the remaining letters are lower case. The word "Aquafun" appears in dark blue, and the word "Spas" appears in a descending ombre gradient of light blue, with the lighter shade at the top and a gradually darkening gradient towards the bottom. Appearing at the left of the mark is a standard blue color semi-circle comprised of lines and circles of varying sizes, which such semi-circle encloses the "Aqu" of the word Aquafun in the mark. Beginning at the top centermost point of the semi-circle and continuing to the right in a clockwise direction for approximately 2/10 of a full circle are filled-in, small circles of descending sizes, which continue until reaching the first letter "u" of the word Aquafun. The semi-circle begins again below the first letter "u" of the word Aquafun with two equally thin, parallel lines which extend in a clockwise direction for approximately 1/10 of a full circle. The two parallel lines then meet with three horizontal lines of varying thickness, appearing in a wave pattern at the bottom of the semi-circle, which extend for approximately 3/10 of a full circle, and which appear to partially fill in the bottom of the semi-circle. The three thick, horizontal lines then meet with two lines of varying thickness that begin just below the leftmost point of the semi-circle and continue in a clockwise direction with the thinner line to the outside, which two lines then extend for approximately 3/10 of a full circle until meeting the top centermost point of the semi-circle. |
