| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a trade dress of the exterior of a retail storefront where the services are rendered, which is comprised of a solid square frame with a circular glass inset designed to appear as a porthole. The circular glass porthole is set asymmetrically to the bottom of the center of the square. The circular glass porthole consists of two layers of glass, with a flat pane of glass on the back of the porthole and a convex pane of glass that curves outward on the front of the porthole. The letters and symbols "A&F Co" are suspended inside the glass. The letters "A" and "F" appear as three-dimensional outlines of the letters. The ampersand and the letters "Co" appear in stylized solid lettering. The letter "C" and the ampersand appear to be inside the three-dimensional letters "A" and "F" with the letters "A" and "F" protruding from either side. The letter "o" as part of "Co" protrudes outward to the back and front of the porthole, forming a long cylinder. The front and back faces of the letter "o" cylinder have a sculptural curve. The broken lines show the three dimensional nature and placement of the elements of the mark and are not part of the mark. |
