| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a diamond shape with rounded edges. The bottom of a stylized flame begins at approximately the center of the diamond and is super-imposed above the top point of the diamond, with the top third of the flame extending above the diamond entirely. At either side of the flame, and enclosed within the diamond are two stars with short horizontal bars above and below each set of stars. Two sets of horizontal bars run at the top and bottom third of the image, creating a kind of box. The bars taper off before they meet at the center of the image. The flame runs through the gap between the top set of bars. Inside the box created by the bars are the words "ACTION VAPE" and in the gap between the lower set of bars is the word "CO." In the bottom third of the diamond, under the bars, and appearing on a curve are the words "ORIGINAL · GUARANTEED · AUTHENTIC". |
