| Description of Mark | The mark consists of three-dimensional product packaging of a clear bottle with a curved silver cap. There is a slight widening of the bottom of the neck of the bottle which separates the neck and shoulder areas. At the base of the pour stem of the bottle is a grey and white circular seal within a circular indentation in the bottle containing the bust of a bearded man around which is the wording "ABSOLUT SINCE 1879 L.O. SMITH" in the color grey. Below the seal and on the face of the bottle are the words "ABSOLUT VODKA" in blue stylized font. The wording "THIS SUPERB VODKA IS CRAFTED TO PERFECTION.
