| Description of Mark | The mark consists of two-dimensional trade dress applied to the front panel of product packaging. There is a first rectangular blue band at the top of the packaging that gradually fades to white moving downwardly. On the right side of the first rectangular blue band, there is a first design feature of a semicircle composed of different sized white dots with lighter blue lines extending out of the semicircle. Beneath the first rectangular blue band is a first rectangular gold band that is thinner than the first rectangular blue band. Directly beneath the first rectangular gold band is a second rectangular blue band that is thicker than the first rectangular gold band. Directly beneath the second rectangular blue band is a second rectangular gold band that is about the same thickness as the first rectangular gold band. Directly beneath the second rectangular gold band is a third rectangular blue band extending to the bottom of the packaging and fading to white moving to the upper right corner. On the right side of the third rectangular blue band is a second design feature composed of the first design feature rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Superimposed over the second design feature is a third design feature composed of blue and gold arrows together forming a circle around "7h" in blue stylized font and having gray markings around the inner circumference of the circle emulating hour markers on a clock. There is a blue tablet with the imprinted letters "REM" positioned over the bottom portion of the gold arrow.
