| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circle outlined in red with the inside background in pastel yellow. The following is inside the circle: on the bottom, there is a curved banner with a red border and marigold yellow background. The slogan on the banner is "LUXURY AT A FAIR PRICE" in red capital letters. At each end of the banner are red rose bouquets with green leaves with gold accents within, wrapped in gray and white wrapping. Immediately above the banner is a plaque with a fanciful gold border/frame filled in with a red background, upon which appears the number "117" in white above the wording "MARUTY INVESTMENTS" in white capital letters. To the left of the plaque is a red elephant with a yellow border around its ear, a yellow eye and standing on its hind legs with its trunk raised. The front legs are touching above the plaque. Of the two figures, the figure on the left has pastel violet skin, long black hair above the shoulder, has four arms, is wearing marigold yellow cloth on the lower body, a green and marigold yellow stole draped around the neck and extended to the knees, a marigold yellow necklace and crown, and a white, red and marigold yellow garland extended to the knees. On its crown there is a red feather. The upper left arm and its index finger is pointed up. On the index finger is a black disk. On the lower left arm, the figure is holding a marigold yellow, long, top shaped tool, resting near its feet. The lower right arm is down with a marigold yellow bracelet on the wrist. The upper right arm extends behind the second figure and raised to see it holding a marigold yellow flowers. The figure on the right has pastel pink skin, has the left hand up, and right hand down holding a marigold yellow conch shell. It is wearing a marigold yellow crown, a red with a marigold yellow border sari, a green blouse seen on the left shoulder, marigold yellow necklaces and a blue with a marigold yellow border waistband. The figure is wearing three gold necklaces of varying lengths; one reaches the knees, one is above the waist, and the third sits on the chest. Both figures are standing on a pink lotus with a marigold yellow center. The lotus sits on the forest green coils of the cobra. |
