Installment Plans

Furm offers buyers the ability to purchase domains via interest-free monthly installments. This allows you to spread your payments over 3-36 months making the purchase more affordable.

Here's how installments work:

1. When you're ready to purchase a domain, click on the "Buy Now" button and choose the number of installments you want to spread your payments over. You agree to pay the fixed monthly amount shown until the domain is paid off.
2. Once we receive your first installment payment, we will ask the seller to transfer the domain into our escrow account. This process typically takes a few business days.
3. Once the domain is in our possession, you can start using it right away by asking us to make any DNS changes you like (e.g. configure your website, email addresses, nameservers, etc).
4. Your credit card will automatically be charged the same amount every month until the domain is paid off at which point we will transfer the domain to you and the purchase will be completed.
5. If a payment fails, you will have 14 days to update your billing information. If you default, the domain will be returned to the seller and you will forfeit all past payments.
6. All payments will be final and non-refundable once the domain is in escrow. Buyers are responsible for all domain renewal fees while the domain is in Furm's possession.

Absolutely, each domain name comes with a royalty-free logo that you can use exclusively for your own company, product, or service.

Are there any other fees besides the price of the domain?

Nope, domain prices are all-inclusive. There are no other hidden fees or charges.

How can I check for trademark conflicts around a name?

You can use our trademark search engine to perform free basic searches yourself. However, trademarks are a complicated subject so we recommend talking to a trademark attorney. For instance, you may still be able to use a name even if it's trademarked if your business is in a different industry.

What is your refund policy?

Furm serves as a third-party marketplace for domain names. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed once an order has been placed, except in the case that the domain seller fails to initiate the domain name transfer within 10 business days from the time of purchase. Buyers are advised to perform all necessary due diligence prior to making a purchase.
